Our dashboard is created as a progressive web app on an internet browser. We will submit to Apple app store and Google Playstore in the near future.
3. Do I need to pay to use this?
Yes. We have different tiers of pricing for different solutions. As of currently, we are the beta stage and free to use.
4. Only in English? How about Chinese, Korean or Japanese?
As of now, it is only available in English. We intend to localize to different language within the next 6 months.
5. How secure is this service?
Our data and servers are secured at trusted cloud service provider. We intend to ensure our customer and data to be as secure as possible.
6. Can I customize this product/dashboard?
Yes. Our customers will be able to customize specific cryptocurrency for monitoring through our dashboard. We enable up to 5 different cryptocurrency for this purpose.
7. Are the alerts/notifications personalized?
Yes. We will launch this feature of a buy/sell signal in the near future. This feature is still in development and will be launch in the next 3 months.
8. How many working days will you take to respond to inquiries?
